The Ruins ring is a signet of contrasts. On one side, order: a panel of concentric squares steps precisely inwards, each level cut cleanly into the gold. On the other, the look of something worn away by time, where a cluster of small diamonds gathers in the corner and thins out into a scattering of gold beads, like fragments left behind.
The diamonds are brilliant cut rounds, grain set. Instead of prongs or bezels, tiny beads of gold are raised from the surface to hold each stone, so the diamonds seem to sit within the metal itself. The same beads spill across the brushed gold in different sizes, with a single diamond set further down the face. The curved edge that separates the two halves of the ring softens the geometry and draws the eye across it.
The stepped panel was modelled in 3D and then cast in gold, which keeps every line crisp and evenly spaced. The rest of the face is brushed matte, so the diamonds glint against a soft, warm background.
The broad, flat face gives Ruins the presence of a traditional signet, while the tapered band keeps it comfortable to wear. Wear it alone as an everyday statement, or stack it with plain bands.
